Helpful and good to have virtual meeting tool
Using Webex Meetings for multiple use cases in my department and the company as a whole. We have use cases for conducting meetings with clients and influencers. Webex Meetings is an excellent platform which helps to conduct online meetings at remote locations. We have offices across three places and we do collaboration with the help of Webex Meetings. It is a good platform with excellent video and audio quality.

Get it, you won't be disappointed!
At my clinic I use Webex Meetings for meetings with parents of kids I see for therapy, as well as with other team members when I am working from home. I used Zoom before but it is only free for 45 mins and then I had to pay. But Webex Meetings provides cost-effective options and its better than other products I have tried. This product has changed how effectively our team communicates during meetings especially when working from home.
- It is easy to use and teach others to use
- The video and audio are high-quality
- Its great for hybrid work places
- It would have been good if there was a website version so others using it once didn't have to download it.
- A few times I was unable to record meetings
- For some business the price can be a downside especially for new businesses

My Experience with Webex Meetings
We facilitate various learning sessions using Webex Meetings. Webex Meetings allows connection with a broader audience, as well as the ability to reach larger amounts of people. We currently use Webex Meetings on demand based on the needs of our clients. We have a dedicated group of clients who request Webex Meetings specifically, who rarely use other virtual platforms.

Best virtual Meetings app
Most of the users are working from home right now so to connect with them we use Webex Meetings. We create virtual meetings with it. Screen sharing, unlike other applications, is really smooth. We record all our meetings with Webex Meetings which helps us keep track of all the conversations we had during that meeting.

Webex Meetings: Must Have Tool for Remote Teams
We are a software development company and we use Webex Meetings for daily client communication as most of our clients are abroad. The user interface of Webex Meetings is easy to use. We can connect with the calendar to get auto reminders and can schedule the meeting quickly. The video quality is also very smooth. We can share our screens for presenting any Document or Report. Overall, I can say it is a must-have tool for companies who need to connect with teams remotely.

Great Meeting/Call Application
Webex Meetings is a great meeting tool for internal as well as client communication calls. It has a desktop app as well as a mobile application that really helps when we are away from the desk and need to attend quick meetings. It also has screen sharing and remote access sharing which can be very helpful in case of remote debugging and design sharing.

- The app was buggy sometimes on a low-end device
We mainly started using collaboration tools since the coronavirus outbreak began, and everyone had to be inside. So we moved to a better solution to stay connected with our remote teams which are distributed across the country. Webex Meetings suits quite well with our existing work environment. The app helps us to host weekly team meetings and and monthly scheduled meetings with our partners. We normally share the meeting link through email and notify our distributed team members about the scheduled meeting. Our remote workforce can easily join the meeting and till now there was no complaints received from them regarding the app.
- The feature set are easy to navigate thus our less tech savvy members are also able to manage and join meetings without any issues.
- We host meetings with large amount of team member and the video and voice quality stays quite great.
- Meetings invitation can be sent easily to desired person.
- Screen sharing capabilities are also quite good.
- We use both the web and mobile versions of the app, but in the Android app, the user gets logged out after a few days. They mainly say that it's for security issues, but I think when I'm using an app on my phone, and it gets logged out without notifying me, that's a bit irritating!
- The app also ask for location access which seems odd to me.
- Voice and video distortion issue raises in low bandwidth.

Webex Meetings App
We use Webex Meetings for communication within the team and for communication with external customers. It enables quick and easy communication, information can be exchanged easily and you get quick feedback. In addition to text messages, media content and desktop sharing can be used. This helps in our daily work. We use Webex Teams and Webex Meetings.

Why Webex won me over and why it might be right choice for you too
We use Webex Meetings extensively for various communication and collaboration needs. I personally use it for several purposes from regular team meetings to client calls and demos. We collaborate with various departments like Sales and Engineering on projects and weekly project check-ins and brainstorming sessions with my team, all conducted through Webex We also conduct online training sessions and workshops for our team members using Webex Meetings most of the time especially, for our geographically dispersed teams.
- We have a global and diverse team with different devices and operating systems. Webex works smoothly on all of them and everyone can collaborate in real-time saving a lot of time and effort, making meetings much more productive.
- We can easily capture discussion points and decisions for future reference, without the need for manual note-taking. It helps us in smaller group discussions and brainstorming sessions within the main meeting itself.
- I can even tailor the layout to suit the meeting's purpose and agenda. Webex is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for non-technical users, joining and scheduling meetings is a smooth process.
- Only a few options are there for non-verbal feedback like hand raising or emoji reactions. They should work on it as expressing understanding or agreement would help collaborate with the cross-functional teams.
- More options for creating custom workflows and integrations with internal tools would be helpful and the whiteboard also looks basic compared to other similar tools. I think, adding features like sticky notes and freehand drawing would be a great boost.
- The mobile app is functional but I find it less intuitive and feature-rich compared to the desktop version. Should have parity in features and a more user-friendly interface will become more helpful for mobile users like me who sometimes conduct or attend meetings on the go.

Webex Meetings Review
Best video conferencing software with recording access almost supports all OS in computer. Easy to download and user-friendly with free signup. Works with slow bandwidth too. The pricing is a little bit high for the business plan. Easy to start meeting with code and has personal room access also. Problem I haven't found any critical type so far it's better if integrated with Gmail. For improvement - there is sometimes delayed video received and overlapping occurs during running meetings.

Collaboration among teams made easy with Webex Meetings!
Webex Meetings help us to collaborate seamlessly among my colleagues in terms of technical sessions or meetings, which are normally hosted by me. Webex Meetings provides state of the art features which are essential for online collaboration. Features like private rooms come quite handy when trying to collaborate with selected teammates, only ensuring focused discussions and efficient teamwork.

- The android app is fun to use as the UI is simple and straightforward.
- Can be integrated easily in any OS.
- I think the Android application can be improved to reduce resource intensity, addressing occasional lags and system demands.
- Screen sharing can be improved as it takes/consumes quite a lot of bandwidth!
I have used it as a host with my Webex Personal Room for getting people at different timezones connected: short status meetings up to extended workshops 2-3 days. I've used most of the features available from collaborating, sharing content, inviting participants, connecting to external video devices, and chatting privately and publicly, and managing contributions through raised hands is helpful. When attending as a normal participant in educational training, I have also shared feedback by filling out the post-webinar survey. In both roles, I would highlight the possibility of removing background noise since I used to take notes and sometimes the keyboard typing could be a distraction for others; as well as having the possibility to mute other attendees when are distracted or unintentionally have opened their mics. The 3 versions work amazing, desktop, web, and mobile, moreover this latter is pretty intuitive and loads quickly in comparison with other applications.

- Drawing on the screen is the greatest feature when several people contributing, for instance, on a workflow diagram to add notes or make corrections
- It has been hard for me to manage the menu bar, the transparency and some other floating effects help but it would be great to setup a default configuration on screen sides for the differents bars at the profile level
- When there are several people with their hands raised play a sound that calls the attention of the host/moderator in case have missed them

AI Integrated Meeting solution
Almost all functionalities in one app which suffice all requirements such as video calls, conference, whiteboards, screen sharing, chat, etc. User interface is also vibrant and is very easy to use, even a novice can use it easily. As an IT person, I liked its AI Integration & gesture recognition feature. It can also transcript your meeting. Other cool features include real-time translations for various languages which has made communication easier with clients from other regions. Gesture recognition and shape recognition in whiteboard are other factors which can't be ignored. All these features made Webex Meetings a class apart from others.

In my position, I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to meet with clients, prospects, and colleagues within the organization. It really is essential to my job in sales day today. To start, we use WebEx meetings to collaborate with our sales team, business units, as well as corporate training. On the sales side, I use WebEx meetings to schedule virtual appointments, calls, demos, etc. with prospective buyers or existing clients to discuss their accounts. This is valuable as it allows multiple parties to join the session and allows me to speak & share content.
